Please be advised that Still & Bloom does not offer complimentary returns; return shipping fees will be applicable.

Would you like to exchange or return a product? Simply follow these 3 steps.

Not satisfied with your order? You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Once we have received your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within five business days.

Step 1: Complete the return form below
Download the return form here and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send your order back
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the form. Make sure your return shipment includes a track & trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Send an email with the Track & Trace
Send an email with the Track & Trace to support@stillandbloom-boutique.com. This way, you let us know that you are returning your order and we can keep an eye on the tracking.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received your package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.
